Warranty

In the unlikely event your piece arrives to you in an unacceptable condition, please get in touch with us. To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product. If possible, include photos of the box the product arrived in, as it may have been damaged during transport.

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship if the pieces have not been in full use and within a one week time frame. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use or modifications will not be covered by our warranty. If you experience issues with your Bushworks piece, please let our team know. We will organize replacement parts, repairs, and, in necessary cases, complete replacements.

 

Return Policy

If you change your mind and want to return your items, you have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to return your items back to us. Please make sure that your piece is in new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees back to us through a local delivery company.

Please note: All returns must be made with the original Bushworks packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, there is an additional $50 repackaging fee per item.

Once the item is back at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund for your items.

In some cases, it may be more cost effective to resell the items yourself.

 

Shipping/Pick-Up Info

We strive to offer affordable and competitive delivery options for everyone who shops with us within Canada.

Need SHIPPING outside of the Vancouver/Fraser Valley area? Contact us directly for shipping quotes! Please mention where you are located (postal code) and which items you are wanting shipped.

Items are usually shipped within 2-3 days.

Once your order is ready for delivery, we’ll be in touch to let you know when it will arrive and what to expect on delivery day. Smaller items are often sent via Canada Post. These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but we will share tracking information so you know when to expect their arrival.

 

Local Pickup

If you live in the Fraser Valley, you can also pick up your items for FREE. Just make sure you have a vehicle large enough to transport your items. We are happy to help load up your items. Use the drop down menu to see our location and arrange a time for pickup.

 

Delivery Times

While we’re unable to guarantee a specific delivery date at the time you place your order, we will provide you with an estimated time once we’ve sent your item to the courier. You will be able to add delivery instructions noting your request for a delivery date in the notes section when you place your order. The carrier will do their best to accommodate this time slot.

Delivery appointment availability varies depending on the local delivery partner in your area. We cannot guarantee a specific day at the time of placing your order. However, deliveries are generally made on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
You’ll receive updates along the way as your order is processed and shipped from our local warehouse.

 

Holds

If you’d like to receive your order at a later date than in the estimated delivery window, you can add delivery instructions at checkout or reach out to our team. Please include the date you’d like your delivery, and we’ll place a temporary hold on your order. We can hold items for up to 60 days.

  

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us ASAP!

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund. If it has shipped, a return shipping fee will apply to ship the item back to us as well as the first shipping fee which is non-refundable.

In some cases, it may be more cost effective to resell the items yourself.

 

Out of Stock Notifications

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available again.

 

Other things to consider before purchasing:

Product dimensions are listed on each product page. We recommend measuring your space ahead of time to see if an item is the right fit and can be easily moved into the intended room. Generally speaking, the door width should be greater than the box’s height. Especially when it comes to shipping tables, keep in mind the space it takes for a table to fit through narrow spaces:

  • Tight corners
  • Hallways or internal doors
  • Stairways (including the length)
  • Elevator measurements
